Common questions

How do I get a quote?

Use the contact form below or call the dispatch desk. We reply within two business hours with a fixed price, not a range.

What documents do I need for sea freight?

A commercial invoice, a packing list and the consignee's EORI number. For restricted goods we will tell you what else is required before booking.

Can I change the delivery address after pickup?

Yes, until the cargo reaches the destination terminal. Call dispatch with your tracking number; a re-routing fee may apply.

Do you insure the cargo?

All shipments carry basic liability cover. Full all-risk insurance is available at 0.25% of declared value.

How is cargo tracked?

Containers report at each port call, and trucks report GPS position every five minutes. Enter your tracking number above to see the latest status.
